What is a Certificate of Insurance?
Proof that your EVENT SANCTIONED BY USA VOLLEYBALL, THROUGH KRVA is covered by the USA Volleyball General Insurance Policy.

Is the facility covered even if there is no certificate of insurance issued?
NO. Even if your event is sanctioned, a Certificate of Insurance is required for the coverage to extend to the building owner. especially that ALL participants in the event are current Members in Good Standing of USA Volleyball your event, and the facility hosting the event is covered.

What is the coverage?

General Aggregate Limit per event: $2M
Products, completed operations Aggregate Limit $1M
Personal and Advertising Injury Limit $1M
Each Occurrence $1M
Damage to Premises Rented to You
  (Any One Premises)
$1M
Medical Expense Limit
  (Any One Person)
Excluded

Do I need a separate certificate if the current certificate lists another club?
NO. Once a certificate is issued, the facility is covered until the last day of the season, for EVERY USAV Sanctioned event.  You should have your event sanction code available if there are any questions.
