WHERE TO FIND IT:

NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION:
Use the registration drop down under the appropriate GIRLS, BOYS or ADULTS heading in the gray bar OR use the MEMBER REGISTRATION link on the right side of the home page and select the NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION link from the bottom of the page.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL:
Use the registration drop down under the appropriate GIRLS, BOYS or ADULTS heading in the gray bar OR use the MEMBER REGISTRATION link on the right side of the home page. Sign in with your USAV# and password (last four digits of social security number).

FIND A USAV #:
Use the search feature (upper right of any page) to find a USAV# number. Type in a last name only, click member and click search.

FIND A PASSWORD:
You can ask the system to send you your password by clicking on the link that asks for it (this comes up ONLY if you entered your password incorrectly), or you may write to communications@krva.org and provide the member's address and birthday for verification and your password will be sent to you.

GO BACK AND PAY FOR YOUR REGISTRATION:
Use the EDIT PROFILE/PRINT WAIVER link on the right side of the home page, sign in and then select MAKE PAYMENT.

WAIVERS:
Use the EDIT PROFILE/PRINT WAIVER link on the right side of the home page, sign in and then select VIEW WAIVER.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS:
Use the EDIT PROFILE/PRINT WAIVER link on the right side of the home page, sign in and then select VIEW MEMBER CARD.

CLUB DIRECTOR'S ONLY - to pay for a team or create a roster:
Use CLUB MANAGEMENT under TEAMS & CLUBS.
