Use the links on the left to register or renew your membership

• Need to change your club affiliation? If your club affiliation is listed as UNDECIDED, you must log back into your record in WEBPOINT. Click the Main Info tab and on the right-side choose your club from the drop down. Then click update at the bottom.
  
  
• Have the wrong club affiliation? Send an email to registration with CLUB AFFILIATION CHANGE in the subject line. Put member's first & last name, Date of birth, please indicate what information is incorrect. The other club director will be contacted and once they confirm that you are not committed to their club, your affiliation will be changed. No phone calls please, only email requests. We must wait for the other club director to confirm.
  
  
• Did you play in another region last season? Send an email to KRVA registration  (registration@krva.org) with member's name and date of birth & name of person making request, stating that you are requesting a transfer to KRVA.  No phone calls please, only email requests. It may 2 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions.  
   

• Having trouble logging into Webpoint? You must have current username and password. Webpoint system will NOT send you a forgotten username! If you attempt to get into your account 5 times without success, the system will lock you out. We cannot override the lockdown. Click below to send an email to resolve the following (it could take up to 24 hours for the answer/change):
  -- I forgot username and password
  -- my email changed & I can't get my username and password
   -- the ??? is not right in my file
  
  Register Online or here is a $15 additional administrative charge for any registration submitted on any downloaded paper form. Please register online and you will not pay extra. You may submit payment via check without penalty.
  
   Master Card/VISA may be used to pay for membership at the time of online registration (USAV's Webpoint). We cannot accept American Express or Discover at this time. We will not be using Pay Pal for payment.
  
  New Payment Option! Unpaid memberships can now be paid with Master Card or VISA after registration has been completed. If you have an unpaid membership, log in to your Webpoint record. You will see an option at the top of the screen that reads "TO PAY FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE CLICK HERE". Click to get to a payment screen. You may not change the membership, add items, or remove items when making payment.  Those items selected during the registration process will display and the member may pay for all of those as displayed, or leave the screen.
  
  
  Officials, Chaperones & Event Personnel (valid for the full season now) have a new member category, which includes background screening. This category is not for Tournament or Site Director, who must register as Adults Affiliated w/ Jr Activities.
