New Online Registration

Member registration for the Keystone Region has changed. There are two major changes to the system this year:

New this year:

• All members will register with USAV’s online system through our links on the left* side of this page.
• The system will now allow electronic signatures for waivers and background screening consent.
  

Once you register on-line and your membership fee is received either through Pay Pal or check, your membership will be activated. This year it is a two part process; online registration and payment. We acknowledge that the process is different than last year and is a work in progress. Please help us by reporting any problems with the system and know we are working hard to smooth out the “bumps!”
