The Events Department of USAV is preparing the 2011 multi-region junior tournament schedule. The following format and procedures will be required for your event to be posted on the USAV Web Site this coming junior season. Any tournament director interseted should contact Kristy Cox listed below 

1)    The event must be a multiple day competition for each division(s) being offered (not one age division on Saturday and a different division on Sunday, which is NOT considered a multiple day event).

2)    Proof of regional sanction. (Sanction # or email from region office)

3)    Complete results posted preferably on a direct URL to your web site or in an excel document e-mailed to the Events Department (kristina.cox@usav.org)

4)     Tournament information listed in the following sequence:

a)    Name of Event

b)    Dates

c)    Gender

d)    Division(s) offered

e)    Location – City, State and Region

f)     Contact Person or program

g)    Phone/Fax/Cell (all if being used)

h)    E-mail address

i)      Website link
