Hosting Tournaments
Boys:
Single and multiday events can be entered starting September 1st. Events will be sanctioned beginning October 1st, and will be only be sanctioned when a $300 tournament director escrow check (payable to KRVA) is received by the business office. A tournament director must be a current member of the Keystone Region.

Girls:

Tournament Entry
Boys:
All boys’ events will be open for registration on October 15th at 7:00 PM. Tournament Directors will have access to their own events one day prior to the event opening to the rest of the region for the purpose of registering their own club’s teams into the event
Out-of-region team entry will open one week after the event opens to all in-region teams at the beginning of the season.
Please use the region's club debit system to avoid any problems or delays.
Girls:
All girls’ events will be open at 7:00 PM for registration according to the following schedule:
December 5th: 18U & 15U
December 7th: 16U & 14U
December 8th: 17U, 13U & 12U
Tournament Directors will have access to their own events one day prior to the event opening to the rest of the region for the purpose of registering their own club’s teams into the event
Out-of-region team entry will open one week after the event opens to all in-region teams at the beginning of the season.
Please use the region's club debit system to avoid any problems or delays.
Event Withdraw Policy
Boys:
A team may not drop out of a tournament in which it has already been accepted in order to attend another event without the permission of the Tournament Director and the Junior Boys Chairperson.
Any team withdrawing from an event more than 2 weeks but less than 6 weeks prior to the event will forfeit $100 of their entry fee. $50 will go to the Region and $50 to the Tournament Host.
Any team withdrawing from an event with 2 weeks or less prior to the event will forfeit 100% of the entry fee, and may be subject to additional sanctions imposed by KRVA.
Repeated withdrawals may cause the team to be subject to additional sanctions imposed by KRVA.
Girls:
NEW FOR 2012 SEASON
A team may not withdraw from a tournament in which it has already been accepted without the permission of the Tournament Director and the Junior Girls Chairperson.
Any full or partial refund of tournament entry fees shall be at the discretion of the Tournament Director and the approval of the Jr. Girls Chair. No refunds shall be authorized unless and until the vacated spot is filled by another team.
Teams withdrawing from the tournament at least six weeks prior to the tournament date may be entitled to a full refund.
Teams withdrawing less than six weeks prior to the tournament date may be entitled to a partial refund.
Repeated withdrawals may cause the team to be subject to additional sanctions imposed by KRVA.

Regional Championships - February 26th & 27th – Millersville University
February 26th Ages - 18U & 15U
February 27th Ages - 17U, 16U & 14U
Girls:
Open Bid Tournament – April 14th & 15th – York Expo Center, York, PA
April 14th Ages - 12s, 13s, 14s and 15s
April 15th Ages - 16s, 17s and 18s
Club & Open Regional Championships – May 12th & 13th – PA Farm Show Complex, Harrisburg, PA
May 12th Ages - 12C, 14O, 15O, 16O, 17O and 18O
May 13th Ages - 13C, 14C, 15C, 16C, 17C and 18C
Adult events - Please enter in the event system and they will be approved as they are received.
